CLEM7 COMMUNITY OPEN DAY - TICKETS EXHAUSTED!
26 February, 2010
A huge response has seen the public walkthrough on the CLEM7 Community Open Day on Sunday 28th February fully allocated.
This means the Community Open Day will be a ‘ticket only’ event with those who have pre-registered allowed to enter the event on the day.
We apologise to those who have not secured spots but hope they understand the unprecedented demand for the Community Open Day.
While we would like to give everyone the opportunity to view the tunnel, due to safety reasons we do have to cap the number of people at 50,000.
People who cannot run or walk through the CLEM7 can still ride through the tunnel as part of the Great Brisbane Bike ride on 21st March or drive through toll-free when the tunnel is open to traffic.
So again we advise people on the day to make sure you bring your ticket, catch a bus or train because parking in the area is very limited, and wear some good walking shoes and sun protection.
